About Adam Bazalgette
Class A PGA Pro | 4x SWFL PGA Teacher of the Year | 35+ Years of Experience
Adam’s journey in golf began in London, England, where he picked up the game at the age of 10. A few years later, his passion brought him to Florida to refine his skills and train with some of the game’s greats — most notably under the legendary David Leadbetter, one of the most influential golf instructors of our time.
Adam turned professional at 18 and spent several years competing on mini-tours while simultaneously beginning his teaching career. But it was through coaching that Adam discovered his true calling.
He spent over a decade as the Director of Instruction at the original David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Orlando, where he had the rare opportunity to work closely with elite-level players — gaining insights that shaped his coaching philosophy into what it is today.
Adam’s style is known for being practical, easy to understand, and deeply rooted in decades of experience. He’s worked with players on the PGA Tour, LPGA Tour, Champions Tour, as well as standout college and club professionals. He’s also made numerous appearances on The Golf Channel, sharing his expertise with a wider audience.
Above all, Adam is committed to helping everyday golfers build more consistent swings, gain confidence on the course, and enjoy the game more.
Currently based in Naples, Florida
Adam continues to coach in person and online through Scratch Golf Academy, offering personalized swing feedback, video training programs, and live group sessions to members around the globe.
